Ordering a monument online can be just as easy as ordering a monument from a local monument company. Shipping
We will determine the shipping for you.  We will route all merchandise from our location to your cemetery/location.  Shipping cost may or may not be included with the cost of your memorial.  Speak with your customer service representative in regards to the shipping cost.

Setting
We will have an experienced company/individual set your stone to the proper rules and regulations.  Once you have made your purchase with us, we will ensure that your memorial will be delivered and set in the cemetery on your plot.

Engraving
We at Journey Monuments use the latest skills and techniques to create you a prestigious memorial.  Our engraving process is done both by hand and machine.  Every detail of your memorial is handled with care to ensure quality with each product.

Natural Materials
Due to some products being made from natural organic material the color may vary slightly.  

Returns
After Initial Sale: It is your right to cancel any order in 72 hours after initial payment.  After these three days payment can not be refunded. 
After Setting: Notification of damaged merchandise must be reported within 72hours of the merchandise being set in the cemetery.
